Disney Settles Labor Dispute

The Walt Disney Company settled a labor dispute with 200 current and former custodians at Walt Disney World.

The company outsourced a lot of those jobs in late 2005 and said they offered those affected different positions at comparable wages.

But the union that represents those workers said that wasn't the case and that many had to leave Disney because of it.

Disney settled for about $650 dollars per worker. The union said it’s a victory.
